Modern Bathroom Faucet - Water Ball Ripples
Water Ball Ripples is a really cool & modern bathroom faucet designed by Smith Newnam. The design looks awesome, and I’m pretty sure that you’ll fall in love with this faucet after you’ll see the pictures. To control the Ripple faucet, you maneuver an electronically-secured metal ball on top of the faucet’s frosted glass surface. Moving the ball in or out from the center controls water pressure. Moving it around controls temperature. A flash heating system ensures that water in the water channel isn’t hot until it’s ready to be mixed, which prevents scolding. The surface glows red or blue to denote how hot or cold it is. Now just image how much fun you can get by playing with this new technology. The bad thing is that the Water Ball Ripple is just a concept right now, but I’m sure that this design has a lot of potential. - Via - Yanko design

Ruel Geronimo is a Filipino showroom designer working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His new design concept is "B2 LCD Console". The intent is to create a visual of something simple and practical and yet at the same time eye-catching. I really like the design concept and in particular the wood trim coupled with the metal circles on the side.
Volant Sofa
Volant Sofa is designed by Patricia Urquiola, and the Volant range includes the sofa, armchair, chair, and a stool, if you want the whole collection. The structure is basic and self-sufficient. The frame of the base appears orthogonal but in actual fact is a trapezium for adapting to the line of the back and seat. This leads to a shape dichotomy between regularity and irregularity, also in the perception of the seat elements which, despite the fact they seem flat, have curved sections to provide extreme comfort. Beautiful Australian Home Pictures
This wonderful home is located on the Gold Coast of Australia. The home interior pictures really moved me and at once I knew that I had to share with my readers. I love the "white" theme and how it flows through the house. To me it provides a clean respite in which to live and focus one's life. Then there is the blue color. Blue is one of my favorite colors and to me provides a sense of serenity. The designers were able to work in blue in almost each room of the home. Via.

BIG, BULBOUS AND FESTOONED WITH BUTTONS, the Babette collection’s retro design is unmistakable and bold, and is a furniture designe relief to nostalgia hunters who don’t want to contend with the vagaries of craigslist. The sofas feature flat, spacious arms but it’s the chaises that are the most fun: bereft of any side supports the seatbacks sit like an island on a vast sea, similar to the control tower of an aircraft carrier.
